RARE 1948 LUXURY LANE CEDAR CHEST
1948 Art Deco cedar chest by Lane. VERY HARD model to find. Has the sliding bottom drawer. Two small compartments on the top left and right with the covers. A great looking carved backsplash. Even has the original clock which has been professionally gone through and WORKS. Measures 46 X 19 X 36. If you look at the last photo of the top on the right side it has a few small dark spots. Not that noticeable. Doesn\'t take away from the piece at all. Just wanted to mention it.
The chest has stunning inlaid marquetry throughout. A beautiful survivor. When opened you can still smell the cedar aroma.I CAN DELIVER WITHIN A 100 MILE RADIUS FOR A FEE.
THE LOCK AND KEY HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH THE SAFETY LOCK AND KEY FROM LANE SO IT HAS LANE ON THE LOCK AND ALSO THE KEY. WORKS GREAT!
