RARE WM HONE & CO LIQUORS SAVANNAH GA. WHISKEY BOTTLE GEORGIA:

This is a circa 1870\'S / 1880\'s Whiskey bottle from SAVANNAH, GEORGIA. It is embossed on three sunken panels. On one panel it is embossed WM. HONE & CO., the next panel LIQUORS and next panel SAVANNAH GA.. It has no embossing on the back or bottom.It was blown in a two piece mold and has an applied upper neck and double ring top. The bottle is amber in color and stands 9 & 1/2 inches tall. Looks like the same bottle mold that was used for the Cobalt Blue SOLOMONS Bitters from SAVANNAH. Bottle has crude feel to the glass. It has no cracks. Does have a chip off of the side of the lip. I have taken photos so you can see the chip. Please view photos.
