A little more information, the burn chamber is 18" in diameter as this is a model 18 stove. The finale looks broken on one side but it is not as there is a screw missing which attaches that bottom portion to the base of the finale. There is no ash pan and no breather door at the backside bottom of the stove as seen in additional pictures. The grate as mentioned is in very good shape, not thin or badly worn. The stove has not been wire brushed or sand papered anywhere. This stove came out of a very old farmhouse just outside of Dowagiac, Michigan where these stoves were manufactured. The stove does come apart easily as I put it in the back of a minivan when I bought it. Any other questions gladly answered and I will be listing a few other wood burning stoves as well.
