5 vials of medicine and a needle holder for slot #6. The syringe screws into place so it will not be lost. After unscrewing,the spring-loadedtop pops up and can be turnedat

a 90 degree right angle to remove the pill vials and needle holder. The unit is complete except for the needles. It is 3.75\" long to the end of the

syringe. It is marked MILITARY Patented May 22, 1900, The Randall Faichney Co. Boston, USA. It appears to be made of nickel silver.
