This board can be use with most any SOT-089 MMIC devices such astheGALI, GVA, or PGA-103+ from mini-circuits, ADL5324from Analog Devices with the +5 volt regular bypass due to the 130mA requirementof the device. Also provided for on the REV. C boardis the 78L05 100mA typevoltage regulator (TO-39). Input DC voltage for the board can befrom +8 to +15 volts.

The board is professional made with silkscreen and solder mask,and comes with schematic, board layout, photos of the assembledamplifier and documentation.
