Gene hits the slopes for a well-deserved vacation at a posh ski resort in Switzerland, circa 1948. This classy and classic woolen ski suit consists of a short-waisted long-sleeved jacket and high-waisted slacks, both piped in red. Heart-shaped buttons decorate the jacket front, and a beautifully embroidered pattern gives it an alpine air. For extra warmth, the sleeveless sweater shell has a mock turtleneck collar. Accessories include round red stud earrings, little red knit mittens, ski boots---and authentic wooden skis and ski poles.
