This sale is for the highly regarded Ten-Tec RX-340 commercialgrade receiver. The receiver is sold new at Ten-Tec for $4950 and this receiver is priced to offer a nice discount and while it is in exceptional used condition. This pristine receiver came to us from a collector who sparingly used his equipment and stored it in a climate controlled room. We looked this receiver over carefully and did not see any markings other than a couple of very minor ones on the rear panel. As you can see, it is being offered in a beautiful Hammond cabinet which will enable it to operate as a stand-alone unit on the desktop or it can be removed for installation in a rack should you prefer.

If you believe in owning a new piece of equipment with cost notbeing an obstacle for such a purchase, then you will not be interested in thisreceiver. However, if you like the idea of saving about $1500 for thereceiver, then you will find this sale for the used receiver attractive. We have fully tested the receiver and it performs beautifully as designed withno operational issues or deficiencies.

We suspect that most of you reading this listing already know allabout the RX-340 so we will refrain from repeating the information here, butwill provide links and videos so that you can do further research if you\'d likeadditional information. We were informed by a long time Ten-Tec employee that the origins of the design for this receiver began with Ten-Tec working on a comprehensive receiver for the Israeli Military/Government. The Israelis did not follow up with their original intentions so Ten-Tec introduced this receiver to the consumer market.
