This sale is for the single Toy Joy unit pictured. It appears to be in sound condition with the exception of the exit flap (see photos). Included with this unit is a replacement door which is simple to install IF you have a key, which I don\'t. I did replace the flap on another unit but the front was not locked on that unit. Replacement is a simple matter of tapping out the cross pin to remove broken flap, replacing with good flap, then tapping pin back into place. I don\'t know if the unit works mechanically, but it appears to be complete. Winning buyer will pay actual USPS Standard Post (10#) shipping costs plus a $1.50 packaging and handling fee.
