Here\'s a unique, rugged, one-of-a-kind, four wheel militarytrailer on floatation tires, very suitablefor off road use. The primary components of this allmilitarytrailer began with wagon typemilitary running gear (of unknown use) equipped with parking and surge brakes.

All major components are sound andrust free with the full disclosure exception of some sheet metalrust (nothing structural) foundinside the pioneer tool box on the right side. A placard on the steerable military hitchstates a ratedloadcapacity of 20-tons (40,000 pounds)!

We took special care to make a temporary bolt on modification to the military hitch so it can be towed with a farm tractor. No holes were drilled in the military hitch to accommodatethis removable hitch adaptor. A few small bales of straw and it would be ready for peoplerides or parades the way it is!

The rareM-36 truck bed measures 17-feet in length, has one drop side on the right,and a drop tail gate. Itwas made for U.S. Marine trucks, yet, this M-36 was retired from stock without being used. The combination of this trailer, pulled by a military truck is very complimentary as a total unit, natural in appearance, a guaranteed head turner, as well as being very useful andfunctional. This M-36 bed is justlike new, stored out of the weather year aroundinside a metal shed.

As per an activebuyers\' request, please see additional photos showing the left side and tailgate of the M36 military truck bed and the military four wheel wagon\'s running gear. The metal rectangles at the rear of the wagon frame have been removed. Alsonote the two heavy duty tie down rings at the rear of the frame,two more on each side near the middle of the frame,and two more in the front for a total of eight heavy dutytie down rings.Beyond the like new Marine M36 truck bed, the running gearis constructed to be very heavy duty militaryspecifications before attaching the20-ton placard!

In response to the previous question: My brother verified that the military wagon tires are Firestone, 16.5/L16, 10-Ply. There are no load ratings indicated anywhere on the tires, although, 10-Ply tires obviouslydid meet or exceed the contracted military specifications. Thanks for asking!
