This sale is for a Vintage Cookie Jar by Vallona-Starr shaped like a Tree Stump, there is a Squirrel as the handleon the lidand there is a squirrel peeking out of a knot hole in the tree.

California PotteryMeasures about 8\" Tall with a Diameter of about 7\"Please see photos as there is a crack and chips on the lid edge andon the underside of the lidand a small chip on the nose of the squirrel in the knothole. A lot of the white spots on the photos are glare reflections since the surface is glossy and the light reflects off of it so they are not all chips. I took several pictures of the lid so if the white spots are not in the same place in each picture it is a glare reflection, not a chip. If you\'re not sure send me an email to confirm. I know in mint condition this is worth a lot so if you can work with the imperfections you can get it at a steal. At the time I had no idea it was a collector\'s item. I used it to hold peanuts that I fed to the squirrels (it was in this condition when I received it). No space to keep it now so I hope someone else can give it a good home.If you\'re local to South Jersey (Waterford Twp) can arrange a pick up meet to save shipping cost.
