This is a1972 Shasta

Body is invery nice condition, no leaks; has original wings , lights, originalbumper.All original Jalousie windows allow for excellent airflow &are in very good condition.It’s 13feet long & superlightweight which makes towing a dream 2\" Ball hitch.

AllElectrical works properly and there are new led light on the inside andoutside.

Tires andRims are Brand New

Lots ofstorage in benches, under bed and over heads

Dinettearea lowers into a bed. . .sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults & maybe 2 smallchildren.

I install anew Toilet and Full Size Shower and all new plumbing thru out the Camper alsothere is a New Tank less Water Heater

All newtile flooring was installed.

New Kitchencabinet and the refrigerator and Microwave are about 5 years old.

It has asmall generator and water tank about 11 - 20 gals.

The onlythings that I left inside that are orginal are the window curtains and diningtable

. I did not install arange or cook top as we always cook and eat outside. I also did not reinstallthe furnace. There is no heat inside, however I have used a small electricceramic heater with good success at 30 degress. There is no AC degrees A fire extinguisher, smoke detector, andCarbon Monoxide detector are also mounted. There is a new propane tank and it’sfull. Can be towed with a suv or truck.Clean Title.( In New Jersey we only haveRegistration for trailer under 2500 Lbs.) Sold with notarized Bill ofSale. Camper is being sold as is ( 43 years old).

Also it does have electric brakes on the Camper.
