Originally published as the cover illustration in 1940s Needlewoman & Needlecraftmagazine,

thissuperband reverent Christian design includesMary, Baby Jesus in a radiant circle, surrounded by two lovely

angels, baby lambs andliliescomplete the wonderful scene

Simply too beautiful to leave sitting in the archives!

A transfer was not included in the magazine, so I havedrawna clear line diagram of the whole design inblack and

whitewhichcan beused to copy thedesign onto the fabric using a light box.This is not an iron-on transfer.

The colourful pictures can then be followed for colour placement.**Please Note -some prior embroidery

knowledge/experience is requiredas numbers are not marked on the pattern, however the design is very simple

and there are very few colours.

The original design measured 7.75 inch x 6.75 inch / 20 cm x 17cm

however, my drawing can be enlarged to any size to meet your requirements.

Adjust the number of skeins accordingly.

Clark\'s Anchor Embroidery stranded cottons are used.

Colours include -

Canary yellow, gorse yellows, buttercup yellows, amber golds

tangerine, scarlet, cobalt blue, cornflower, laurel green, oddments

of pink, crimson, lilac, greys, beige (numbers included with instructions)

Fine Embroidery Fabric - measuring13 x 12 inch / 33 x 30 cm

The original pattern was published in 1940s.

You will receive a COPY PRINT of the all the colour pictures shown above, and a black and white pattern drawing

and colour keyprinted on11.5 x 16.5 inch quality paper and protectedin plastic storage sheath.
