Fine Quality Vintage Japanese Medical Trepanning Set made from Stainless Steel and Housed within its Original Wooden Carrying Box. Marked to the main Drill Handle \" S. ITONAGA \" It is in very good condition, missing 1 drill piece, comes with a circular metal tin containing small steel pins and a cardboard box containing some sort of metal clips. The box is a bit tatty. I believe the large Japanese characters on the lid of the box explain what\'s inside and the smaller characters the name of the manufacturer. Length of the main drill handle 33.00cm, box 38.00cm by 16.50cm.
