Really nice vintage spinet desk - it would make a great computer desk!
It is made of walnut, although the top could be mahogany. The top folds up, as shown in the first photo, like a spinet piano.
The tag inside the drawer appears to say Hekman.There is a pull-out shelf, and it has 3 drawers in the front, and 2 small drawers in the cubbyhole section.
It is very sturdy and has been well cared for. There is some wear on the finish, which appears to be all original, mostly on the pull-out shelf and around the handles.
It is approx. 42 inches wide, 20 inches deep and just about 33 inches high.
The 2 side drawers measure 6 inches wide by 17 inches deep by a little over 8 inches high. The middle drawer measures 24 inches wide by 16 inches deep by 2 1/2 inches high.
