offerding is for a Vornado 16C3-1 fan. It starts slow but once up to full speed it was cooling the entire downstairs. From what I read that is how all of these are, they are slow getting up to full speed. I had it running for 10 minutes and it seems to work very well. It has some wear and tear as is expected for its age, please see the photos.
Roughly 12\" tall, 6\" blade,8 pounds.
