In this particular sale, you will be offerding on agreat collectible. As shown, this is avintage W.C. Horn folding pocket chess or checker board. Numbered 4470, not all of the pieces are included.Leather wrapped, there are slots for the captured men at each side. With 11 black and white celluloid pieces, complemented by 12 red and white celluloid pieces, this is certainly a used set. Likely dating from the 1930\'s, it measures approximately 7.5 by 6.5 inches when open and 6.5 by 3.75 inches when closed. Without the original box or directions, there is wear as shown. Still, this is certain to complement any existing collection.
