This is a very fine William Knabe & Co. Grand Piano, built during the top period of Knabe quality manufacturing. Knabe was the official piano of the Metropolitan Opera. The Knabe name is right up there on par with Mason & Hamlin and Steinway itself in the top tier of American piano manufacturers. This beautiful Mahogany Baby Grand Piano plays and sounds very nice! Action all original in good shape with very little wear on hammers.

This piano does have a fully functioning sostenuto pedal, an option only found on the finest grand pianos from the period. The length is 5\'3\", the serial number is 77925.

I have Steinway and other top name pianos coming in on a regular basis and I am always open to package deals. I also have a beautiful and rare Art Case Rosewood 1867 SteinwayModel Cgrand piano now listed, and two Steinway Model Ls in Ebony and a Steinway Model O coming available soon, and I would love to sell them as a package to one buyer.
