Extra Large8-Day German cuckoo clockmade in1982 (32yrs.old) appears to be hardly used, almost perfect cuckoo clock no breaks close to mint considering its 32 years old. This is also part of my Grandfathers collections. the movement shows very little use, the clock has no damage and the inside appears to be new looking. take a close up look of the pictures. A goodsize clock it measures 20\'\' top of deer head to bottom of powder bag and approx 11\'\' wide.The two animal are about 9\'\' long with glass eyes. The deer head with glass eyes protrudes out about 4\'\' its a good size. Because its an eight day that means you have to only wind it once every eight days (pull the chains up) and it keeps super good time. Its powered by two heavy weights and the cuckoo sounds at the half hour and on the hour it gives you the time such as nine o\'clock it cuckoo\'s nine times and this is accompanied by a gong for each cuckoo. This beauty has been professionally cleaned and oiled. the inside and outside wood has been preserved with a special oil to help preserve this hand carved German clock. This is an exceptional clock and I beleive it was stored more than used. I will supply unpacking and setup instruction and other informative reading information. it will be safely packaged and insured. there will be two shipping services available.
