overall this stuff seems to work pretty well. i had an issue last year with some organic matter left in our pool way too long and found my levels above 4K. i think they're supposed to be 1k or less? this stuff worked well to get the levels back down. i don't do a weekly dose but overall i don't have algae issues. will continue to buy and use. MUCH better than the regular strength stuff they also sell.

Previous PhosFree bottles have always contained a milky white product which required vigorous shaking before use. This product is as clear as water - no milky content. Product was shipped promptly and well packaged. I do not know if it is working - it does not seem to cause the increase in filter pressure I've seen with earlier PhosFree, but this may be because I have moved and have a smaller and cleaner pool.

This product removes phosphate quickly!. Without phosphate your pool won't suffer algae growth and it will stay clear. Obviously you also need to sanitize with a chlorine source at the same time. I use Phosfree in my salt pool weekly and everything stays clear. Great product!

I have been ordering PhosFree for years to handle rain water that contains a lot of phosfats. The bottles always contained milky white liquid that required shaking before putting in the pool. The new bottles I ordered contain crystal clear liquid that has no smell, no viscosity, no sediment. I put it in the glass next to the same glass filled with regular water. There is no way to distinguish where is expensive PhosFree and where is the regular free tap water. Is this a scam?
