Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Straight Razors
It's a great looking razor, with real pattern welded steel, and very nicely finished wooden scales. The pins aren't that great looking, but I wouldn't deduct any points for that. As far as construction, it feels solid, and the razor doesn't wiggle too much in the scales. There is enough play that the edge can come into contact with the scales if you aren't careful when closing the razor, and the scales are a bit loose (though I don't know how much of a problem that would be since I was unable to use the razor). The inside of the scales are rough and unfinished, but because it's PWS you should be careful not to leave water on it anyway. The edge of the blade was not perfectly straight, and the grind on each side was slightly different (not quite sure how to describe it...). The bevel out of the box is not conducive to shaving--it's way too steep, more like a knife bevel. Maybe it needs to be that steep in order to maintain an edge sharp enough to shave with, but razor steel shouldn't need such a steep bevel. After spending a few hours attempting to set a bevel on the razor, (for lack of time, more than anything else) I sent it to a professional, and he said he was unable to get the razor shave ready. For the price, it's very nice looking pattern welded steel, which you could give to someone for a present to be used for cutting things other than hair on your face. As a razor, it fails in the most important aspect, and so I cannot recommend someone buy this for that purpose.Read full review

Look Outstanding but the metal is sooo soft meaning will not hold an Edge. Rendering it useless for its purpouse.
