You may have used these woven placemats in the mid 1960s to very early 1970s

They look like they might have been used with the Hull brown dripped glaze dishes of that period.

They feel like rough woven wool, but they are synthetic – Made in Japan – Company name was Town & Country Linen

Still have the original labels attached:

Very heavy and thick weave with various hues of brown and some yellow gold

Look like hand woven Rugs – that thick.

Condition: Do not appear damaged at all. All 4 still have the original labels attached. These have not been cleaned, so they need a Woolite wash to refreshen. I also cannot tell if there are possibly some dot type stains or if this is part of the weave (see photos). If these are possibly stains, definitely believe these would wash out.

Will weigh over 1 pound, but under 2 – Can send either parcel or priority – No handling fees.
