This appears to be a New Old Stock McDonnell Douglas F4 Phantom vertical stabilizer top. OLIVE DRAB color, I also have two gray ones, one has a tail number and appears to have been flown.
6 feet long, 1 foot tall and 2” wide. Great piece to paint any squadron, or I can paint, add working navigation light, etc.
