The VTG RARE 1980 Original Hallmark Betsey Clark VERY HARD TO FIND! Rolling Toy Box Storage Cart Chest is a vintage collectible from Hallmark Card Inc. featuring the character Betsey Clark. Made in the United States, this toy storage chest is a nostalgic piece from 1980, perfect for fans of vintage and antique toys. Measurements: about 24”L about 16.5” w and about 22” H with metal handles.
