THIS IS A 1 OF 2 PROTOTYPE! ONLY 2 EVER MADE! SIGNED AND MESSAGEDIt was made to generate interest for a statue that was never produced when Bowen stopped making statues.There are a few things to know about this statue:- being a prototype, there are some minor paint flaws. Some faint smudges on the cape mostly on the back. I photographed these.-There are some areas where the surface was a little rough before the paint was applied. Photographed.-to paint the prototype the statue was cut into 2 pieces at the waist then reassembled. There is ever so slight almost imperceptible movement at that joint due to the type of joint used, but this is stable. I’ve had it displayed and no issues. Photograph at the waist tries to capture this very tiny space but unnoticeable when on display-PERFECTLY FITS IN WITH OTHER BRONZE STATUES-THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO OWN A PIECE OF BOWEN HISTORY OF THOSE LOOKING FOR RARE DR STRANGE PIECE!-BASE IS SIGNED BY BOWEN.
