This is the only complete base set in CGC Blue Label 9.5s in the world! In 2023, CGC discontinued their blue labels, and all their Blue Label 9.5s became (and still are) eligible for an upgrade to the new cgc 10 Label. When CGC announced this in 2023, all of the base set holos had incredibly low populations in the low teens in the Blue Label 9.5. When I tried putting this together in 2023, it was nearly impossible, and I encountered multiple people who i thought had the cards I needed, only to find out they resubmitted them for the new 10 Label, further decreasing the already low populations. In the years after, I continued seeing people post pictures of their resubmitted base set 9.5 holos for the new 10s, essentially eliminating the rest of some of the blue label 9.5 base set holos. Hoping this goes to a good home where these labels will be preserved, as this is likely the only set that can ever exist.
