This listing is for a Glenn B Martin original signed Artists Proof Copy of Historic Lahaina Waterfront in Maui that is no longer there along with the ship this piece would not have been for public sale instead held onto by the artist for reference this one has a authenticity label on the back stating it is hand colored by the artist making it very rare ,I believe there were 500 numbered versions made, it does have some dark spots on the matt paper but none on the artwork, frame looks to be made of oak ,this piece came from a Beverly hills Estate, see all pictures for overall condition and measurements thanks for Looking Reach out With any questions you might have
