Recently acquired a collection of vintage news press photos from a private archive that I will be listing over the next few weeks.The range of categories are from military to entertainment and even include fashion. I also will be listing photos, programs and clips from scrapbooks that were comprised by a member of the theater community from turn of 1900's.The theatre memorabilia includes early productions of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan from 1904. The scrapbook dates range from 1904-1919. For your consideration is a Vintage News Photo Searchlight 1940's."Sun" Sydney-Blast for a parabolic reflector is here being removed from the mould in which it has been cast in an Australian Consolidated Industries annex.Condition: VG-Horizontal crease in center from right side 3/4 of image. Slight wrinkle on top.
