This is a Original and not a reprint. I believe this to be the highest graded Marvel Super-Heroes #12 signed by Stan Lee. I am the original owner and had Mr. Lee sign this at a show over 8 yeas ago.. I am putting this up for sale now and if does not sell I will not put it up until the movie comes out in 2023. The price will be different.

I have held on to this since then and it just sits in acabinet. Time to find a new home.
