The 1919 Ohio War Savings Committee booklet featuring 27 honor stamps is a rare collectible item that is highly sought after by collectors. This booklet, created in the United States in 1919, served as an advertisement for War Victory Bonds.
You will get 2 booklets that are complete. Each has the required 27 stamps.
Each booklet is yellowed/browned from age. The signatures/writing from the pupil is faded.The stamps have wear and fading. The booklets are split at the seams. There are some tears. The paper does not feel brittle - but we are handling these very delicately. There is tape on both of these from being framed.
We are selling these as we found them (and keeping them in their frames) so that the collector gets them can clean them up/restore them as they see fit.
