(Jerusalem), 1949 October 1 (5710 Tishrei 8). To Yosef Sprintzak, Israel's first Speaker of the Knesset (Parliament). In full: "Accept my blessings on the occasion of the Kibbutz association convention that will take place at Kibbutz Ramat Rachel. To the best of my knowledge, the organizers gathered many youth, youth that will fortify the Zionist foundation that was laid by you the 'Old Timers.'" It is noted that a carbon copy has been sent to Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion. 2 file holes at blank right margin, ½-inch vertical stain at blank lower left. Fine condition.
