In its original box w/paperwork, this exceptional 1998 limited edition collector's piece is hand-signed by Waterford artist - Sean Egan and individually numbered as #283 out of a highly limited run of only 1,000 made. It also carries the Waterford seahorse signature and WS (Waterford Society) hallmark. The upper bowl boasts a dramatic scalloped rim that gives way to a complex matrix of geometric cuts, including traditional starbursts, intricate crisscross diamonds, and alternating panels of textured fine-point crosshatching. These elaborate motifs transition smoothly into deep vertical facet cuts toward the lower body, tapering down to a heavily ringed stem. The entire piece is anchored by a sturdy, multi-faceted circular pedestal base decorated with radial geometric star cuts on its underside, epitomizing the heavy weight, brilliant clarity, and masterful artistry characteristic of fine Irish lead crystal.
