Brand new studio piece. Comes with a paulownia (kiribako) storage box. This is an authentic Japanese item sourced through a Japanese specialty shop.

Please Note
The stated capacity is the full-fill volume (filled to the rim or to the lid seat). Actual usable hot water volume when brewing tea will be less. Handmade ceramics may show natural variations in color, texture, and firing marks which are part of the artisan character.

Artist: 3rd Yamada Jozan. He was a celebrated Tokoname ceramic master and a recognized living national treasure for Tokoname Kyusu techniques.
