The upper section is woven with blue, white and red glass beads in a geometric diamond pattern and incorporates four Chilean coins dating from the 1930s. Twenty metal tubes descend toward the central plaque, ending in rows of red beads.

The central metal plaque features a raised motif apparently depicting birds nesting, surrounded by engraved/burilada decoration. Bird heads appear at both sides, each holding a suspended coin with its beak. The lower edge is finished with multiple hanging bell-shaped ornaments.
