An original, 31 May 1957 Typed & Signed Letter from Dr. Eric Voegelin [1901-1985] to Professor [Doctor] George Cecil Jaffe [1880-1965]. Dr. Voegelin writes to Dr. Jaffe mentioning "I was very interested in your impressions of Paris. It's mine too -- the world has changed and the French haven't adjusted yet -- the incongruity is so oppressive.."
