Product Description: Tamiya 1/12 Big Scale Series No. 46 Team Lotus Type 72D 1972 Plastic Model 12046. This 1/12 scale plastic model assembly kit recreates the Lotus Type 72D the car that brought Team Lotus and E. Fittipaldi the championship in 1972. Finished length: 400mm width: 173mm height: 87mm. The sharp wedge-shaped form is realistically reproduced. The front and rear torsion bar suspension operates smoothly just like the full-size car. The steering wheel and front wheels are linked by a rack-and-pinion steering mechanism. The Ford DFV engine is fully plumbed and wired including the fuel pipe and ignition cord. The front cowl and cockpit cowl fairings are removable. The front and rear tires are made of textured hollow rubber. Also included are photo-etched parts and seatbelt parts for added precision. A driver figure is included for added realism. *This is a plastic model that requires assembly and painting. *Separate adhesives tools paints etc. are required for assembly and painting. *Plastic Model is a registered trademark owned by the Japan Plastic Model Industrial Cooperative. *This product does not include adhesives paints tools batteries etc. Safety Warning: Not applicable
