Jacks passion for beauty and perfection transcends time, Martin Scorsese – director, producer, screenwriter, actor, and film historian, was and still is a great admire of Jack’s films and work behind the camera, he said that every time he saw Jack’s name on the credits, he knew he was in for a treat, “it was like being bathed in colour” , he gave his actors half there performance with his use of light and shadow.

Jack Cardiff passed away in April 2009 aged 94, leaving behind a wealth of work which will live on for generations to come. Part of his legacy are the selected ten limited editions from his Icons Collection. Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe are two of the most iconic women in film and screen history, both were good friends of Jack.
