Original Polish Navy Officer presentation saber designated as the Model WZ 27 (wzór 1927) dating to the pre-World War II and WWII era.

The sword is associated with the Polish Navy Officer Cadet School (Szkoła Podchorążych Marynarki Wojennej) and includes accompanying Polish newspaper archive research prints related to the pattern and institution.

The saber measures approximately 35 inches overall with a 30 1/2 inch single edge etched steel blade. The brass hilt features a multi-bar guard incorporating the Polish naval fouled anchor emblem. The grip retains its original ribbed construction with intact wire wrap.

The blade remains straight and clean with etched floral decoration, Polish eagle motifs, and presentation style inscriptions along the fuller.
