This Plaque is a tribute to McDonald's Founder Ray Kroc from the Coca-Cola Company Executive Waddy Pratt. It was early 1955 when Ray, in search of a beverage supplier, contacted Coca-Cola about selling their sodas and reached executive Waddy Pratt. From that point on McDonald's and Coca-Cola helped each other grow and expand around the globe. This is a very rare plaque and a beautiful example of the relationship between two of the biggest fast food and beverage chains in the world.
The article displayed in this plaque was re-printed from the March/April 1984 issue of 'Refresher USA' a publication for employees of Coca-Cola USA.
