Handcrafted architectural barn salesman sample or educational framing model constructed from painted wood with removable roof sections and exposed structural framing. The model features a classic gambrel-roof barn form finished in red with white trim, hinged barn doors, operable loft hatch, shuttered side window, and rooftop cupola. One side retains simulated shingle roofing while the opposing side exposes the internal stud walls, rafters, cross bracing, and loft framing, allowing the structure's construction methods to be viewed in section.Shows moderate wear consistent with age and handling including scattered paint loss, edge wear, surface scratches, and small areas of discoloration throughout. Some roof sections show minor warping and separation, with scattered looseness to trim and framing members.
