This is a 2013 Press Pass Parks and Recreation COMPLETE blue relic set. The cards are all in beautiful pack fresh condition and are all serial #'d out of just 25! 25 of each card exist, but how many complete sets are out there? My guess is 10 or less, and they are never offered for sale. I wasn't planning to sell mine either, but with the recent frenzy over the autographs from this set I figured now's the time. I will not break up the set. If it doesn't sell it will just remain in my collection and I'm cool with that.
