Description: These are the notes of the Yismach Moshe on Tehillim. The name of the one who published it was Rabbi Moshe Dovid Teitelbaum the Grand Judge at Laphash, a grandson of another Rabbi with the same name who published it in 1880 together with Rabbi Yekusiel Yehudah Teitelbauam (I) 1808-1883, The Yitav Lev (Son of the Yismach Moshe). This is the original book published in 1929 in Berlin, all later American editions are just photo copies of this one, with the same title page, but with changes to the wording inside. The way to tell is from the dates in the interior (The first American edition I know of is 1959) and the covers. Also there will be a blueish paint applied to the top page edges on the original only (Black after many years). These have the original black covers 'Published by Pardes, Berlin' in Hebrew on the covers, and a red area with the name T'fillah L'Moshe printed on the spine. There is remnants of duct tape on spine cover and cover edges, corners of covers have nice matching grey tape. Very difficult to find including the covers.Condition: Covers and initial 12 pages are detached from book, with the initial page edges being ragged. Spine cover is completely separated as well. All pages are present with some thumbing and/or staining.There is no writing in interior except for small nice name on blank page.Smart-phone users, click top right menu of phone, select 'request desktop site'.
